Evangelical Walking Church was established on the 11/09/2017.

A pastor is a shepherd, the hebrew word in the Bible literally means to tend a flock, pasture it, or graze it Ephesians 4:11.
A pastor has the responsibility to care, feed the flock with knowledge and understanding so that that they will be fruitful and increase.
Caregiving, such as visitation, counseling, comforting, and taking care of the needs of people.
He is performing rites of passage, such as Bapticism, weddings and funerals.
Serving as ambassador of the church to the community.

Ministries

Assistant Pastors

serve alongside the Senior Pastor in fulfilling the biblical call to shepherd God’s people. According to Scripture, they help teach and preach the Word, care for the spiritual needs of the congregation, provide counsel and prayer, and support the work of ministry so the church may grow in unity and maturity (Ephesians 4:11–12; Acts 20:28). Board of Elders

According to 1 timothy 5:17,
an elder leads the church,
- Teach and Preach the Word,
- Protect church from false teachers,
- Exhort and admonish the saints in sound doctrine,
- Helping settle disputes in the church,
- Pray for the sick,
- Watch out the spiritual life of the flock

Board of Deacons

1 Timothy 3

8 In the same way, deacons are to be worthy of respect, sincere, not indulging in much wine, and not pursuing dishonest gain. 9 They must keep hold of the deep truths of the faith with a clear conscience. 10 They must first be tested; and then if there is nothing against them, let them serve as deacons.

13 Those who have served well gain an excellent standing and great assurance in their faith in Christ Jesus.
